Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi is forcing his people to build his tomb with Terra-Cotta warriors, horses, chariot, and pottery an he wanted but it is only for him and no one else. Qin is a selfish, unfair person who risks the lives of workers to build his own tomb.
The workers are being forced to work and they don’t even get paid. The working conditions in the tomb are abysmal because the dust goes into workers’ lungs, disease runs through the camps and guards or foremen don’t care if people die. Also Qin threatens to kill anyone who doesn’t keep his tomb a secret. Emperor Qin is selfish leader because he is spending most of his peoples time working on his own tomb instead of worrying about other people. Also he is unfair because everyone deserves the right amount of respect. For example he let the guards look at the tomb and the people who worked on the tomb died in his favor. He is also a very evil ruler he worked the workers until they died, he buried people in the great wall and in his own tomb because he only cared about himself and that is it.
Some people might say that he was a  good leader and that he deserve a magnificent tomb for a reward. Also people might say he was a powerful and fair leader and he is unifying China. No matter how great of a ruler he is, it isn’t worth the death of so many workers.
These are some reasons why Emperor Qin is and unfair and selfish leader.
